Trust

We are never alone. Impossible

We may feel alone, but we are not.
We can easily mistake loneliness for aloneness.

Sit quietly. Listen. Feel. Know. See, however is right for you to reach welcome quiet and calm connection to the Infinite.  (Refer to the Love section if you need)
Allow the peace and calm to fill you and know that this is your creator being present with you.

My Beliefs

I am a speck of the energy of God, so I am worthy and whole.
As all the other specks of God are from the Creator, the Source, also, there is nothing to divide us except our beliefs.
What we have in common is what is important, not what divides us, our essential life force, God within us.
What else can matter?
We are One.
I am one with God.
God is within me, talking quietly to me, my ultimate support system
Life can surely ‘happen’ and we can feel very alone, but in reality, we can always rely on the Presence of assistance, companionship, encouragement, love, availability, peace and calm. Trust the support is there – it is.
A KEY:  ASK the Infinite for support, often, and from your fellow humans as well.
Asking for help is a strength and not a ‘weakness’, a vulnerability which gives others a chance to give, care, connect and for you to receive.

I honour the leadership, dedication and superlative caring of Dr John Hinwood, 1946-2020 who enlivened the world by handing out 110,000 of these cards, with love.

MIRACLES, to us, are simply an outpouring of positive energy, large and small. They are all around us in life forms, in life happenings, and often for larger needs, in their perfect timing. Watching for them, and seeing them, gives hope and reinforcement of our connection to the Source.

You can trust there are miracles ready for you.
You can trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it should be, even when it feels like life is too much, too slow, not what you expected, or too difficult.
You can trust your marvellous body to adapt and work towards your best health, as it is innately programmed to do – when you do your best for it. ‘Eat well, move well, think well’ Dr James Chestnut.
You can trust you are capable. We really aren’t given anything we can’t handle. There is always a reason and always a lesson in what we are handling, though we may not know them now.
You can trust to ‘Let The Light Lead’ you, then you can do the doing that is needed.
You can trust you are indeed much loved because you are.

This moment… and this moment… matter.

The Point of Power is in the Present. The past is done, the future unknown, though we can have goals.
The NOW is the only moment we can USE.

In this moment we can transform stress into strength. With tools we have so much more control over our minds, bodies, and lives, and so much more calm.

How do I know this?

Quantum physics is a way of explaining how some of the smallest things in nature, quanta, work. They are tiny energy particles that combine to create all thought and life forms.
With directed thought in the moment wonderful things happen, like this: ‘There are millions of testimonies and twelve hundred studies that show the impact of prayer across vast distances. One study showed that those undergoing heart surgery who had spiritual support showed a mortality rate one seventh of those who did not.” Dr Caroline Leaf
The being who created and organises the tiniest particles of life is aware of the particles that are me. The creator knows all about me, my personality quirks as well, and couldn’t care less about my flaws and mistakes as I miss and mess up some important moments, and I learn from those.
This can be trusted, for you too, in every moment. You are your Creator’s dearly beloved.

‘I was regretting the past and fearing the future. Suddenly my Lord was speaking: “My name is I am.” He paused. I waited.

He continued, “When you live in the past with its mistakes and regrets, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not I WAS.

When you live in the future, with its problems and fears, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not I WILL BE.

When you live in this moment, it is not hard. I am here. My name is I AM.’
