Group Work
Dr. Judy is a highly experienced group facilitator.
She has worked in the group environment in several countries, including USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand, and has the ability to create safe, effective space, and engage participants fully.
She has been coaching and training since 1991, first with Powerful Practices, a dedicated training organisation for chiropractors and other health professionals, and from 2013 with the Stress Management Institute.
Complicated problems sometimes do not require complicated solutions. With our decades of experience, the answers may be simple, and effective.
Option 1: Interactive Online Course
Criteria: Clients need to have read the website information, ready to integrate it into their lives.
Delivery: Zoom Groups of 4-6, as they form by application. 1 x 50-minute session per week for 6 weeks.
Cost: A$240 per person.
In these 6 sessions you will:
- Learn how to apply and integrate the tools and strategies for maximum effectiveness in your life
- Experience the tools and strategies from the website live with Dr Judy
- Gain a much deeper understanding of the website materials and how to swiftly utilise the resources in real life, creating more useful results
- Connect to calm and bring it in to you, in the moment

Option 2: In-person events for groups
Criteria: Open to all groups.
Delivery: At your venue (Gold Coast, Australia only) for groups of 6 -12
Cost: 2 hours – A$700, 4 hours – A$1,000. Special rates for Not-For-Profit organisations are
available. Larger groups on request
Dr Judy leads participants through experiences of the website tools and strategies, and where needed, adds relevant experiences and information from her profound collection of material.
This calms, and connects clients to create healthier, more meaningful and easier lives.
Most importantly, Dr. Judy shows how to apply and integrate these resources into the participant’s lives and work.
