This has become one of our teams’ and clients’ favourite tools. 
When to use The Cylinder.
Imagine you are in an awkward situation or are going into one. Someone you are about to face is ’always’ negative or may be aggressive or bullying, or just plain difficult. You can use it before you go into a rough meeting, or go into a room of people, or if your children will drain you, for example.
How to use The Cylinder
Before you tackle a challenging event, think of dropping an imaginary mental, see-through cylinder down and around yourself, like Perspex or glass.
This simply stops negativity coming through to you, the anger, sadness, and so on. Aggressive and stressing behaviour that is being directed at you bounces off the Cylinder, so they don’t reach you. 
Thicken the walls of The Cylinder with layers of thought power, remembering Einstein said that thoughts are real forces. 
The great energies like love, caring and joy freely pass through both ways.
You are in a cocoon of protection, so it is easier to remain calm.
Refinement If you breathe Low and Slow, and use the Universal Tool, your protection is much greater, and you can function maximally.  You can respond quietly.
