  • Imagine you are the owner of a shiny big orange garbage truck – or any garbage truck for that matter.
  • Climb up into the driver’s seat. On the seat beside you is a roll of black garbage bags.
  • Breathe Low and Slow and allow your mind to trail back through your life to times of stress and turmoil.
  • Take all that out of your mind and body and get rid of it all into the garbage bags. Let the weight of it flow out and into the bags.
  • Toss the bags over into the back of the garbage truck, bag by bag, knowing you are letting go of the old – or present – baggage: the stress, the trauma, the old  beliefs, the worries, and fears.
  • Put the truck smoothly into gear, trundle over to the dump and back up.
  • Tip up the back tray and watch all that stuff slide away, never to be seen again, gone out of your life.
  • When you are done and complete, drive back to where you started and park, knowing your job is done. Your life will be lighter and more harmonious without your carrying around the rocks of old emotions and situations.
